@Natalie

natalie-baker:

“Oh nothing, you know, just paying my stuffs, making them remember us inside there” Natalie chuckled as they walked out, a little smile creeping on her face as she held her boxes and bags, really enjoying the warm weather. Once she heard Michelle’s phone ringing almost 3 seconds later, Natalie laughed biting her lip “well actually I am, but let’s do something, I’ll take this to the car while you answer that phone, and then we’ll eat”  Natalie said smiling before winking at Michelle, walking towards the car opening it quickly to put everything inside the car, taking her time to let Michelle talk, smiling brightly at the thought of Michelle getting nervous while talking to the cute cashier.

Before she knew it, Natalie walked towards their car with all their bags. She heard her phone ring for another time, she grabbed it out of her jean pocket and read that it was a unknown number, she pressed ‘answer’ and waited for the other person on the line to speak.”Um, hey is this Michelle?” the voice sounded oddly familiar, “Yeah, who’s this?” she replied back.

After a ten minute conversation, she hit the snooze button on her phone and slipped it back into her pocket, walking towards the car where Natalie was waiting. “You gave the cashier guy my number did’t you?” she asked with a chuckle.

Natalie raised an eyebrow when Michelle walked towards the car, even though she had to wait ten minutes, she didn’t cared, as long as Michelle were having a good conversation with the cashier. “Well that was long” Natalie joked applying some cherry lipstick on her pink lips, chuckling after she did so “I mean… he liked you and you liked him too so” she shrugged looking at Michelle, waiting any death line or any angry gesture “are you mad?” Natalie asked biting her lip nervously “well, what happened? What did he told you?” Natalie asked impatiently smiling at Michelle, hopping she could arrange a date with the cute cashier who certainly seemed to have a crush on the girl. He called her two minutes after she left the store, it was clear he really liked her “Michelle! Do you have a date?” Natalie asked again after she heard no word from Michelle when she asked her the very first time.
